Quality and Service Although we've grown substantially, we still maintain the spirit of a small, specialty supplier with a narrow, carefully edited line and top-notch customer service. Our commitment to quality makes our operations a global effort. For example, to insure the finest quality in plastic and new technology, our materials are made in Japan. We have worked closely with manufacturers to produce curtains with patented processes, introducing a diversity of both texture and photography. Our products are made from recyclable plastic. Likewise, we recognize the value of quality service. That means you can expect excellent personal attention from our small staff in Cold Spring, New York run by President, Terry Davis. Our Products Waterware's shower curtains are trademarked as WaterdrapeŽs. We call the inflatable pillows and beach balls Winflatables. And our placemats are, simply, Placemats. Beyond the words, our designs are classic fashion statements, meant to please customers throughout their long product lives. We are quite pleased to learn how attached many people have become to our designs! You've probably seen Waterware products on the big screen, in TV movies and shows, as well as in commercials and advertisements, magazine covers and features, window displays, and even as trim on circus costumes! You may have used Waterdrapes in your travels, staying in hotels, bed and breakfasts, or campus guest facilities. Teenagers fill their bedrooms with our Winflatable pillows.
