Order policy
All orders must be in writing, either through the site or by fax or email. All orders received are considered firm and cannot be cancelled since it is
our company policy to ship promptly. If you
request a ship date of more than 3 weeks in the future, then any cancellation must be received in writing and acknowledged by Waterware in
writing at least two weeks in advance of your stated
ship date.
Shipping Time
1 to 3 business days or according to the ship date specified by the customer.
Payment
Payments are processed via PayPal.
Freight Policy
FOB: Our warehouse by UPS only.
Lost or Damaged During Transit
If your shipment does not arrive within 7 business days of placing your order, then please contact us so that we can trace the shipment. If UPS
cannot locate the goods or finds that the
package was delivered to the wrong address, Waterware will make the claim against UPS and re-ship to you. If the goods appear damaged due
to transit, perhaps even causing a shortage to
occur, please keep any acknowledgment from UPS about the damage, in addition to the affected packaging, and immediately call, email, fax or
contact Waterware through our website so that
we can deal with the problem promptly. By “immediately", we mean you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of shipment.
Return / Exchange Policy
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
Our quality is of the highest standard and our rate of defects is virtually nil. If you receive a product of ours that is the once-in-a-blue-moon
defective item, then call, write or fax us within 5
business days of its receipt. If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, then write or fax us, also within 5 business days of its receipt. In
those cases, we will arrange to correct the
problem promptly. If you ordered a product from us that you decide later is not what you wanted, whether you opened it and used it or not,
we're sorry. We consider all orders received to be
firm and not refundable or exchangeable. We are prepared to send swatches, when appropriate, to allow the customer to be confident in his/her
choice.
